Cormac has been editing and copywriting in a professional capacity for more than 14 years. His experience in the field began in 2001 with freelance subediting shifts for the Irish edition of the Daily Mirror, and also encompasses five years as an editor and lexicographer at HarperCollins, where he was latterly head of content for English dictionaries. He has been working with the Copylab team since March 2014, but set out on his present career in financial copywriting five years previously, when he joined Martin Currie Investment Management. Cormac is a graduate of St Andrews University, where he studied English and French.
