Ross Hunter set up copylab in 2005 after more than 10 years as a copywriter with some of the UK’s leading financial companies. Before life as a self employed scribe began, Ross learned his trade at Prudential, Baillie Gifford and Standard Life Investments.

As the business has grown over the past four years, the company has called on the service of a growing network of financial writers. We can call on several expert writers with experience in pensions, investments, banking, debt management, B2B, B2C, DM, web, journalism and so on. We’ve also set up partnerships with other financial writers in Australia and the US.

This ‘network’ approach is ideal for coping with the variable workloads we sometimes face. Ross ensures quality control by checking all work before it is sent to the client.
